This award is more than just a trophy on the shelf – it’s a testament to the passion, time, and energy poured in by our incredible team of volunteers, Trustees and dedicated coaches. Their commitment to creating inclusive, inspiring sailing opportunities for our community is what makes Sail Northland such a special place.

We’re proud to make a difference in the lives of so many – from young sailors getting on the water for the first time, to building confidence, teamwork, and skills that go far beyond the boat.
