STARTS WEDNESDAY 8TH OCTOBER 2025

High School Sailing is designed to allow older students to experience how to sail faster, learn racing basics and build confidence on the water when making decisions. 

Open to pupils from any secondary school in Whangarei district. Schools can select teams of 6 sailors and reserves to compete in the secondary schools team sailing competition.

WHAT TO BRING

 Togs & a towel

​Waterproof jacket and clothes that can get wet

Water bottle, Sunscreen & Hat

​Wetsuit (if you have one)

​Beach /wet shoes to wear in the boat ( old trainers are good )

​Warm change of clothes

We provide a helmet and a buoyancy aid but you are welcome to bring your own.

WHEN - Wednesdays 4 - 7pm

WHERE - Parua Bay, Whangarei Heads

COST $250 FOR 8 WEEKS
